popstud belts are supplied as the picture allowing 2" for the length of the buckle from the hinge to the pin. If you order a small belt to fit 30" to 34" waist the actual belt length to the holes will be 28" to 32". The holes in the belt are medium size as buckle pins vary in diameter, you may have to enlarge the hole slightly to accomodate thicker pins (if the holes were made larger in manufacture some buckles with smaller pins might not hold).
